Shuswap Adventure Park – Booking Terms & Conditions
By completing this booking, you agree to the following:

● All participants must complete an online waiver before arriving. Participants under 19 years of age must have their waiver completed by a parent or legal guardian.
● Participants must arrive at least 20 minutes before their scheduled tour time. Late arrivals may forfeit their booking without a refund.
● Tours operate rain or shine. Shuswap Adventure Park reserves the right to delay, modify, or cancel activities due to severe weather or unsafe conditions.
● Participants must follow all instructions provided by park staff and guides. Failure to do so may result in removal from the activity without a refund.
● All participants must meet the minimum weight, and health requirements for the selected activity.
● Closed-toe shoes are required. Loose clothing, scarves, and unsecured items are not permitted during activities.
● Bookings may be cancelled or rescheduled according to our Cancellation Policy.
● By completing your booking, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and that you have the authority to book on behalf of all participants in your group.
