Your Ultimate Relaxation Await
We are located at Memorial Park, just steps from the iconic red pier and the heart of Chase. Our park kiosk is open select days during the summer (weather permitting). If you’d like to rent equipment on a day when our park location is closed, or online booking shows no availability, we can likely accommodate your request — as long as the booking is made no later than 3:00 PM the day before your desired rental time. Just contact us to arrange a booking. Group bookings are always welcome.

Cancellation & Refund Policy
We understand that plans can change, and we want your experience with Little Shu Paddlesports to be enjoyable from start to finish.
Guest Cancellations
-More than 24 hours before your scheduled rental: Cancel for a full refund or reschedule your booking at no additional charge.
-Within 24 hours of your scheduled rental: Bookings are generally non-refundable; however, we are happy to reschedule your booking to another available date or time whenever possible.
Weather
We know that weather conditions can change quickly, especially on the lake, so we offer the following options when weather affects your booking:
If Little Shu Paddlesports determines that weather or other conditions make paddling unsafe or unsuitable, we may delay, shorten, reschedule, or cancel rentals. Examples include sustained high winds, thunderstorms or lightning, heavy rain, wildfire smoke or poor air quality, or other conditions that Little Shu Paddlesports determines could affect participant safety or the overall paddling experience.
If we cancel your rental due to these conditions, you may choose either a full refund, or to reschedule your booking for another available date or time.
If you wish to cancel your booking because of the weather, please contact us by phone or email as soon as possible. Where weather conditions are clearly unsuitable for paddling, as determined by Little Shu Paddlesports, we will gladly provide a full refund or reschedule your booking, even if less than 24 hours’ notice is provided. If weather conditions are suitable for paddling and you choose not to participate, the standard cancellation policy applies.
If you need to cancel before we open for the day, simply leave us a voicemail or send us an email. Your cancellation will be honoured based on the time your message was received.
No-Shows
If you do not arrive for your scheduled rental and have not contacted us within 15 minutes of your scheduled rental time, your booking will be considered a no-show, and no refund will be issued.
Late Arrivals
Please arrive 5–10 minutes before your scheduled rental time. If you’re running late, give us a call as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to accommodate you; however, your rental may need to be shortened to avoid impacting other bookings.
Early Returns
Refunds are not provided for rentals returned early.
